- Not damaged or altered in any way
- Include all accessories and documentation
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely
- Send the item using the provided return label
3. Return Shipping
Free return shipping is provided for all returns within our return window. Return labels will be sent to you via email. Items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will verify the item's condition
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We offer size and color exchanges at no additional charge. Contact our support team with your exchange request, and we will arrange a swap for you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased with discount codes (30% or higher)
- Clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
